Remembering Maddie

Today is the fourth year since my niece passed away from injuries sustained in a tragic hay riding accident. It is sad to think that she died and yet there are so many opportunities to celebrate her life. Today is such a day. Thanks to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house we will be able to take our children through and hopefully impress upon their minds that families can be forever and that death is not the end. I am grateful for this opportunity and plan to take advantage of future opportunities like it. So grateful for families!

I think it's neat that you choose to celebrate her life, by remembering her, specifically on that life-changing day (and using the experience to focus on the larger picture - with the temple and eternal principles).Posted 06-16-2009 at 09:22 PM by Meticulous madness
