Anyone Interested

Anyone want to go tiptoeing through the tulips??? It's the Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival starting this Friday April 13th. I took Kolbie last year and it was nice to spend an hour wandering around their tulip gardens and enjoying a beautiful spring day. I was thinking of going sometime next week either Tuesday April 17th or maybe Thursday the 19th. We could go down in the morning around 10:00 when they open and then take picnics and find a park for lunch and to let the kids play. The cost is $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids. Their is a $2.00 off coupon in the Hometown values magazine that came in the mail last week. If your interested, let me know.

The tulip festival runs from April 13th thru April 27th (I believe). It's open everyday at 10:00 am....Thursday April 19th will work great for me. I'm also open on Wed. April 18th if that works better for everyone.

Well, I would LOVE to go that day. But, I know AP is trying to coordinate her schedule with her Mom-I-L. So, if Wednesday doesn't work for them, then you guys go Thursday, and I'll just catch the event later.

But if Wednesday the 18th works for AP, I say "LET'S ALL DO IT!" Sounds like a blast.

Let's plan on Wednesday April 18th...we can meet at the entrance to the Gardens between 10:00 and 10:30. They don't allow outside food in the park so we'll have to either find a park or we can eat on the lawn at the front of the entrance. So unless the weather is bad we'll see you at the gardens. I'm excited....it'll be fun!
