I think you are talking about our family cooking salmon on the BBQ.
We have been trying to eat more fish in our house. I watch all the adds for Salmon to be on sale. We just place the salmon on tin foil and season with lemon pepper and garlic salt ,wrap it up and cook on BBQ on medium heat setting for six minutes on both sides. As my kids are getting older they will eat more fish. I know stores sell a season just for salmon that I heard is very good.

Do you wrap it up loosely or tightly? You have to tell me so I don't mess up; I only have one more piece of salmon left in my freezer.

We wrap the fish like a hobo dinner. We leave a little room in foil so it doesn't stick. Good luck!

Do you ever put veggies in it as well? Any butter or oil?

No butter or oil. Just seasonings. I think it tastes great without any oil or butter. I haven't ever put veggies in with the fish. I always steam them seperate. I think the fish cooks faster than the veggies. I like veggies on the softer side.

Another healthy BBQ hit with my family is shish kabobs (sorry for the spelling) my kids are more eager to eat vegetables if they are on a stick. We marinate chicken and beef in teriyaki. We add onions, squash, zuchinni etc. :o
