Default Graduation Gift

My sister has invited me to her graduation from the dietetics program down at BYU this Friday morning. I have known about this for a month or so but only just thought about getting her a gift. Anyway, I don't have a lot of money and I'd like it to look like I put some thought into it. Does anyone have any ideas for a meaningful and yet not expensive gift for her? Not expensive to me means no more than $20. I'm feeling kind of desperate as I don't have any ideas....she's one of those people that purchases whatever she wants whenever she wants so she doesn't need anything, really.

Maybe a pretty picture frame to put her graduation photo in. I think you could find a real nice one for $20.00 or less.

I would say that the most important thing would be to go and recognize her accomplishment. Really tell her how proud you are and what an achievement it really is to graduate. I graduated two years ago and that is what I wished for most; recognition for my accomplishment.
As far as gifts go I went online to findgift.com and they had some good ideas. There is a graduation bear that you can autograph. You could have your whole family sign it and give a little message it was only $6. Or the angel of learning by willow tree $12. You can find this at Deseret Book. I love and collect the willow tree figurines. Anyway, here are a few ideas and I will keep my thinking cap on.
