I second both posts.

Sometimes life DOES suck!

And as AP says, we are here for you, Teeny. You okay?

Teeny, sometimes I feel that way, too. I'm glad you felt like you could just let it all out here on BnS. I hope you know I love ya!

I couldn't have said it better myself.

After the second time getting puked on I was done, but had no where to go. Then I got pooped on for the second time and I was really done, but had no where to go. Now I sit here watching my sweet little baby who has been so sick all day long and I can't help, but think, sometimes life is just plain miserable.

Thank goodness it's only sometimes. Even if it is most of the time, that still means there is sometimes that it isn't. So I'm thankful that sometimes babies sleep, even when they don't feel well. And I am very thankful for understanding husbands, who are willing to take the first night shift, so I can get my two pairs of jeans and three pairs of pajama pants washed up before I get "dumped" on again. I'm even thankful for the dirty dishes filling up my kitchen sink, because although they won't wash themselves, they will set there quietly without complaint until the morning.

Thanks Teeny. I feel so much better. I hope you do too.

Dia

This is what BnS is for. For those of you on the life sucks kick, I'm sorry to hear it.

Just remember, it says in the scriptures, "And it came to pass...," Not "And it came to stay..." I hope tomorrow brings a much better outlook.

Oh, Dia! That sounds awful. I'm so sorry that's been your day. I hope your baby gets better. Is it the flu? If you start to get an upset stomach take acidophilus right away. Call me, I'll bring some over to you. I promise, it works!

What is acidophilus and what would it do for an upset stomach?

I'm not sure what it is. My oldest daughter and I both felt under the weather on Saturday, but neither one of us were throwing up. I had it pin pointed to the lunch we ate on Friday. We went out to lunch together and both got some creamy broccoli soup. I didn't think about it until later, but it was probably very high in fat and since we aren't use to eating a lot of fat that can really put your digestive system all out of wack. Especially milk fat like cream which was probably used to make the soup. However, when the baby got sick I thought it could even be food poisoning that got through my breast milk. Is that possible? I don't know. But even then the extra fat could have affected my milk enough for her to spit up, but not get sick all day.

She is doing much better today. She has been able to nurse three times since early this morning and only spit up a little after eating some solids. So I have her on a liquid diet today and she is doing much better. Thanks for your concern. It means a lot to me.

Life just isn't fair and I'm so sorry that you are going through this difficult trial right now Teeny. I'm keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Hang in there.

Dia, I'm sorry you and the little ones haven't been feeling well either. I hope you all will be feeling better soon!

Let me know if you need any help with watching your kids either of you, or if you need something from the store or anything, I'd be happy to go pick it up for you.....

Take Care!!

Thanks everyone for all your concern. I'm fine most of the time, but then I just feel that emptiness inside me every once in a while and then I get sad. Last night was one of those times. Today I've been feeling better.
I'm sorry Dia about your baby. Definitely been there so I'm feeling for you! I hope your baby gets better soon!
