5K Run - 4/28

Here's a 5K run in April if any of you are interested in doing it. These people were in BS's brother's ward.

K now that I've stopped laughing...no...wait, there's still some giggles coming out. That was sooo funny!...

I would do it if several others were going to. I too have slacked on the running, but I usually do better with a specific goal. I am doing better this week and am planning on moving to week 3 next week of the "couch to 5K" which gives me 7 weeks to get into shape which is about right. Who is going to firmly commit to give the rest of us some one to run with?

I can't kiss him, I had garlic last night and he won't let me come near him. I'll get him in a couple of days though....long and hard!
