 March 3rd 5K with THS I saw an Ad at Macey's for an open 5K with the track team this Saturday. It's all down hill and only costs $15 for donations. I think I will go. Anyone up for it?  |

| Re: March 3rd 5K with THS I ran the THS 5K fun run today. It was a lot of fun being all downhill! I worried that my knees would hurt coming down, but they didn't at all. I highly recommend you all to come out and run in it next time.  |
