| Hey Everyone! I am wanting to get out and start running again on a regular basis, and now that the weather has started warming up I decided I'd get on it. So, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in running 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, at 8pm? And by running, I mean walking/jogging! |

| I would love to go. I actually was asked to head up a night walking group but hadn't really set it up yet. I would LOVE to do that! When do we start? |

| I have no idea how fast or slow I run, but I'm more than willing to work with whoever I'm with to go at a pace that works for everyone. And, in answer to AP's question, I would love to start next week. Game? Also, does that time work for you? In the past it's worked pretty well for me because I can make sure to at least get my youngest in bed before I leave and I'm also back before nine (I really don't like to run much later than that). Depending on who wants to go, we can decide on a meeting place, whether that be someone's house (like whoever is in the middle of the people going) or on a road somewhere. |

| When I am done with my race, I think it would be fun to run with you. As long as we don't decide to do another race right after! How far do you go? |

| Good question. I'll probably break off from you depending on how far it is and I might not even be able to go w/ you simply because I'm really slow. I'll have to work on getting faster and then start running w/ you guys. |

| Diva, you need to remember, you are already faster then everyone except mamallama and runamyrun since you can actually run 3 miles. They will be working up to it. It's not as if everyone else can all the sudden run for miles. Please no one else take offense to this. I just mean to say that you all are just starting out, so it will more then likely be mostly walking. |

| Actually, from what I understand Teeny runs 5 miles for her workout so I'm the slow rookie here. It's okay, I'll get faster. |

| It's okay, you make a good point. I hadn't thought of the idea that if I went w/ someone else who hadn't run before I'd be fine. All I can see is that everyone around me runs far distances and how it would be so painful trying to keep up w/ them. Thanks for your point of view. |

| No, no, no, I only run 5 miles once in a blue moon! My average run is 3 to 3 and a half miles, and lately I havn't even been running it, I've been walking because there's something wrong with my treadmill that makes it slip every time I try to run on it. And that's been for the last 2 to 3 months! That's one reason why I want to start going with some of you outside, so I can actually run! But, I'm going to have to take it slow at first as well, so don't worry, you're NOT going to be slowing me down. The only time I run 5 miles is when I REALLY need to get some stress out and I've been running regularly anyway. I've really been slacking off on workouts lately, so for all I know 5ftD you're probably going to make ME work! |

| I would love to go w/ you but I already have plans for 8:00. You're going tomorrow and Thursday as well at 8:00? Let me know how your run goes today and if you're still planning on those other days and I'll see if I can make it. My kids are out of town this week and so I'm just flying by the seat of my pants right now so I don't know where I'll be. It's so fun!!! But anyway, let me know and I'll let you know. Good luck to you Amber! You'll be great, especially since you've been doing step. |

| Don't worry! Walking sounds great, that's all I've really been doing lately. We can SLOWLY build up to running. And 5ftD, I'm planning on going Wedneday and Thursday as well, (hopefully AP is too!) so just let me know and we can decide where to meet cause I don't know where you live either! |

| It was great. Although we did walk some because I needed to start slow. I did better than I thought and Teeny was great company. I can't wait to go again. I want to go tonight but I have to finish painting my daughter's room . I may sneak away for 45 minutes. |

| Sorry, Teeny. I forgot I had a class tonight. Tomorrow I decided to do something spur of the moment so let's just chalk this week up for a no-show. We'll see about next week. |
