Default Breaded chicken recipe?

Hey there.

Does anybody have a good recipe for breaded chicken?

DH bought the Panda Orange sauce from Costco (in a rather large container, of course), and I'd like to try it out - but feel clueless.

I'm also wondering if anybody has already tried this sauce, and if you have any other good ideas for using it.

A quick and easy way to use it would be to buy frozen popcorn chicken. Other than that, no, I don't have any ideas.

I have used the sauce and just use it on non-breaded chicken. It's healthier and still tastes wonderful. I just cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and "Fry" in a pan with a little olive oil. Pull off heat and add sauce and stir. Add green and red peppers, onions or whatever vegtables when chicken is almost done and serve over rice for a complete meal. Yummy!

If you still want a breaded chicken recipe I make mine very simple. Just get a can of bread crumbs (I like the italian). Roll your pieces of chicken into a beated egg and then into bread crumbs. Place on sprayed baking sheet and then spray tops of chicken for increased crispy-ness. Bake in a 400 degree oven until cooked through and crispy (about 10-20 minutes depending on how big the chicken pieces are).
