| Now that's the question. I have actually answered many phone calls this morning from ladies wanting to know the very same thing. I have even made several phone calls myself to try and discover the answer. I believe it will be in the Relief Society Room. That is what I was told when I first picked the date. However I was never told if the room was actually reserved. So, I will post as soon as I find out, for sure. Dia |

| Hey Dia, I am so sorry I didn't go to your cooking class. I totally spaced it. Yesterday was a day where I ran from one thing to the next. And I didn't have the chance to look at my computer. If you have any tips or recipes that you typed up, I would love to have a copy. |

| Hey don't worry about it. It would have been nice to have you there, but I completely understand. Diva and I were just talking about getting some handouts out. I think they are going to put copies of my outline and a couple of recipes in the RS folder. |

| I missed it, too. Bummer! My DH didn't get home from school until after 8:00. I sulked! I heard it was good, though. And I am definitely interested in any handouts with tips and recipes also. Maybe those of us who missed the class could pay you for a private session! |

| M&M your funny. Who told you it was good? I don't know if that makes me feel more confident or a little nervous. I really didn't know where to start and how far to take it so I'm glad somebody got something out of it. I'm going to get a condensed version of the class typed up and get it in the RS folder on Sunday so look for it then. If you ever have any questions I'm always willing to help. There are several other woman in the ward that are more informed than I am that I'm sure would be willing to give any ideas or suggestions as well. Like Foxy and her neighbor across the street. Dia |

| Dia, cooking 1/2 whole wheat pasta and 1/2 regular pasta is an awesome idea. I've tried it 3 times in the past couple of weeks with 3 different types of pasta and my family hasn't noticed a difference at all!!! I got so many great ideas from your class. I'm happy when I come away from a class with one new idea.....from yours, I've probably already tried 10 new ideas all triggered from your class. I appreciate so much you taking the time to share so much of what you've learned and experimented with. My family now is benefitting from your knowledge and are feeling healthier already! |

| I am so glad Mama. I have neglected to get out a shortened version of my handouts from the class and you just gave me what I needed to get that done. Thanks and your welcome. Diva, The whole wheat pasta does take a little longer. It really depends on how you like it. If you want it more of the texture of white than cook it a little longer. I have cooked both in the same pot until tender and it has been just fine. |
