jam recipe??

I want to make strawberry jam, I would like to make non-cook freezer jam but I really want to make it sugarless. I doubt I can afford splenda or another sugar substitute. I'm wondering if anyone has a tried-and-true diabetic or other sugarless recipe? Thanks in advance!!

Um...I have some Splenda that you can have.

I know that's not really what you were asking. But, you are welcome to it if you don't find any other sugarless recipes. I have an unopened bag that is just SCREAMING to be loved, cherished and used.

My friend makes Weight Watchers Splenda strawberry freezer jam every year because her dad is diabetic and it's the recipe he likes best.

I'm pretty sure that Pectin brand jam stuff has sugarless stuff. I don't know if that applies to freezer jam. Have you looked in the jam section at the grocery store?

I can't stand splenda without cinnamon to take away the chemical flavor. I can't think it'd be that good in jam...but that's just me. I eat splenda on oatmeal all the time, but I put in plenty of cinnamon too.
