 How do you fill you up? What do you do to keep your personal cup full? We're all busy Moms with growing children and it's really easy to get down on yourself. What do you do to pull yourself out of the doldrums?  |

| Very wise! That is about what my DH said...I need more adults in my life. The way I have dealt with the doldrums in the past is to "escape" into a movie and computer games. Not a good choice.
