Moms know everything!

So the other day something kind of funny happened with my children that I just had to share. My girls were coloring in the kitchen with some pens I had just bought while I was down the hall out of sight changing the babies diaper. I heard them struggling and starting to fight and without even having to look I knew that they were fighting over the pens. I told my oldest to give the pen back to her sister and then I heard the youngest cry again and I told the oldest not to throw the pen and be nice to her. The next thing I knew she comes stomping down the hall saying " Mom I have just one question, how do moms know everything?". I got a good laugh out of it.

What a cute story. It's a little harder now that my children are getting older and wiser. I think they starting to figure me out. I still try to fake it though.
At least when they are little they think we are so smart.

Just today my 4 yr old daughter asked me something about what her brothers were doing at school and when I said I wasn't sure, she said "But Mom, you see everything!"
