Most of the time I don't mind receiving a good hug. I just don't aniciate very often. And again I think it is all about body language. Some people I really don't mind, others I don't know I just get the willies.

We came from a huggy ward, so I'm a little at a loss here to not be giving out lots of hugs at church......I'm trying to restrain myself so as to not scare everyone away.......what you're saying about body language is true.....can't describe it in words, but the body language of a person tells you things in and of itself.

I'm a hugger but not all the time. My hugs are hugs of sincere affection and a lot of times to show support to someone who's having a hard day. So when someone gives me a hug, that's what I'm "hearing" from them because that's what I'm telling everyone else. I can usually tell when someone doesn't want to be hugged and I try to pay attention to those red flags...except for BS, like I pay any attention to that. He just gets hugged whether he likes it or not...although, I think he does...from me, that is. Oh, but you are all more than welcome to give the ol' teddy bear a good squeeze anytime you want. Don't let me stop you!
