 CH2 - Living a Higher Law: Ouch! A single sentence caught my eye and really made me evaluate myself. He says in his book, "To daily find ourselves criticizing our loved ones, employees, and friends is to assume an ego of god-sized proportion." In my margin I wrote, "OUCH! If I'm criticizing every day, something is terribly wrong." I think something is wrong if I criticize at all but to do it every day is just plain presumptuous.  |
