I was so excited I just had to share. I have two big, huge, piles of dirt. One in the front and one in the back. Retaining wall blocks are scheduled for delivery, Thursday, March 22. I'm sure they will take up some street room too. So let me take this opportunity to apologize for the inconvience. However, WOOOOHOOOO! We are under construction!

Thanks so much. The city inspector says it needs to be moved as soon as possible. FHE tonight is moving dirt. I'm not too worried about the dirt. I can help move dirt. However, those retaining wall blocks are another story. Those beast are heavy. I will let everyone know when those will be going in.

FHE eh. Sounds like I need to talk to the boss and see what we have planned. Some service for FHE is always a good thing. I'll let you know, or you'll just see us there.

Diva, Big Sissy, and family, And for the rest of you that were here and are lurking about, I just wanted to thank you again for helping last night. The thought of having men from the city drop by everyday, twice a day for the next week, was very frightening to me. Because of your willingness to serve, that is no longer a worry. Now how many of you need some advil? I hope you aren't to sore. You sure worked hard. Dia

I'm worried about your man. He did way more than all of us put together. It was fun to get out and do something good for someone else. Thanks for the opportunity to let us teach our children about service.

He says he is sore, but ok. He really likes to get out and about and work hard, because he sits behind a computer all day. He gets to go to the gym during his lunch hours so that keeps him limber and strong, but there is no substitute for moving dirt.

I'd agree. Hey, I wanted to thank you as well. You are like a ray of sunshine. You were so positive to be around and you were extremely sweet to all the kids. I loved being around you. I want to be like you were last night so that others enjoy being around me as well. Thanks for your example.

I'm so excited for you!!! All growing up I never could understand why people were so excited to have dirt and grass delivered, until I moved into our house!!! We didn't get our yard in until we'd been married for nearly two years, it was so exciting the day we were finally able to get dirt and grass. What a fun time for you and your family!!! You'll have such fun playing in the dirt and yard with your kids!!

Uhm, yeah, I'm DEAD sore. My lower back is nearly killing me, but I would not trade it for the world. I think my boys learned a great lesson and I actually got out and got some sun and exercise (neither of which I do often enough). So all the thanks to you for letting us serve. I had fun.
