Okay, my tomatoes are starting to come on. Anyone w/ a good salsa recipe?

No salsa here, but I do know a good guacamole one using tomatoes if your interested

A friend brought me some of her salsa that she'd canned. Amazingly enough it was using only tomatoes and the packets you can buy at Walmart in the canning section. It was good enough that I'm think I may do up a couple of batches myself. It's not fresh salsa, but it lasts awhile at least.
