Congratulations - again! She's a beauty! Remember at this age it's the same as the boys except cleanup is a bit different. The nice thing is that you have a while to figure out the girl stuff.

Congratulations! She is beautiful...love the hair! (And, yes, those ARE great pics.) Start putting bows & headbands in that hair right now so she gets used to it; that way she'll keep them in as she gets bigger.

What do all the boys think?

The boys LOVE her. I really hope that continues, but I'm sure eventually, they will start to tease her the same way they do their other brothers. But for now, they all get in line to hold her. It's very cute.

She really is a gorgeous baby!!! Her chubby cheeks and dark, thick hair. Congratulations! Makes me jealous, I want mine! Five longs weeks to go.......

I really love the name and spelling of Jordyn. Beautiful! I tried to convince DH of something similar (for DD2) but "Keira" won out in the end. My m-i-l thought Irelyn should have been her name (to keep with the "yn" thing). With the flaming red hair...she was probably right. But "K" fits, too. Anyway, girls are so precious! Did you try to come by, BS? Sorry if I missed you. I was home. I'm typically home around 6:30ish (but sometimes I have a hard time hearing the doorbell, depending on where we are in the house).

I have a little "girly" thing to drop off at your house, too, so maybe I'll just try and track you down over the weekend. Are your kids doing the egg hunt on Saturday?

Thank you! I really do feel for you. I wasn't the one carrying the baby and I was really ready too. Can't imagine actually carrying one too.
