 Hello again Hello all you fine folks. Its been a while since I have stopped by here but I haven't forgotten you. Our life is insane right now, but still WAY better! | Thanks everyone. Its good to bounce around the threads and see what everyone is talking about. Wow a baby girl!  Im so happy for you 5D!! What did you name her??And most importantly what kind of bike does she ride?  Were living sort of a nightmare right now. But in a strange way its nice. Im not sure of the last time I checked in but Ill give a quick run down.... We moved out of our house in LA 3 days before closing we were told we would close by fax. Closing day passes and not a word from anyone 2 days after the closing date we found out the lady supposedly was not approved and could not get financing. Turns out this is all a lie and she just thought she could change her mind. She was approved when we took her offer..I turned down another offer the same day for the same amount and took hers because she was approved. Anyway, even if she wasn't aproved we were lied to by the Realtor and they told us everything was done. The lady even had the power turned on in her name 3 days before closing. Now they are trying to say they knew 2 weeks before closing that they could not get financing. Well no one told us. We sold our tractor, put everything we own in storage, and moved to TX. Now we all lost our summer plans, lost the house we were building, my kids missed all the tryouts for school activities because we no longer had an address for the school zone they were going to attend. The apartment my husbands work had us in was not in a good school district. So they moved us again a few weeks ago so my kids can attend a good school. Its very hard to maintain our property in LA with no tractor and nothing there. Its costing a fortune for all the yard work. We have to pay all the bills and keep everything on so the alarm works. So now we have 3 lawsuits being filed and I have a good real estate attorney. The case is "Rock solid" as he puts it. I have asked for proof that this lady could not get financed and they refuse to show us. The contract clearly states they had to prove that they tried to get financed and no one will show us that proof. She just changed her mind. Needless to say I have changed realtors So now the house is back on the market listed 39K below appraisal. But peek season is gone. So the offers are not rolling in like they were over the summer. We had 7 offers in a months time over the summer. My husbands company is keeping us in a furnished apartment until our house sells. They are being very generous. Were all a bit cramped but its kind of nice to see what everyone is doing. I didn't see my kids as much in that big house we lived in. The hard part is having 3 large dogs inside with us! They are really demanding. |
