I FEEL GREAT!!!!

I am putting this in the announcements forum because I wanted everyone to know that: I SLEPT SO GOOOOOOD LAST NIGHT!!!!
I honestly don't remember the last time I had a full night's sleep and it felt great. I was out by 10:00 (very rare for me) and up by 5:30 in the morning. Plus, I wasn't disturbed during the night (which I most always am). It was wonderful. I didn't even mean to get up that early, my body just woke up. Today has been such a productive day. I had half of my stuff done by 10:45. I sure hope I see more of these. Anyway, like I said, this is just an announcement as this didn't seem like a discussion and yet, not a blog either. So announcement it was. Hope you don't mind.

That is so lovely! I too have been sleeping better, but I'm not sure it's for healthful reasons. It is nice to wake up feeling rested. All the more reason we get told to go to bed early and arise early that our minds and bodies may be invigorated (D&C 88:124).
