Help with a swing set

I know I'm new to this forum so I hope I'm not over stepping by asking for some help. I have pipe big enough to build a 8ft metal swing set. I had asked a friend of mines brother to help but haven't got very far with him.So I'm wondering if anybody knows of anyone who can weld and would be willing to help me out before the summer is gone. This would really help me out because if any of you know me I have alot of little ones in my house that would really love this swing set.

You're not over stepping at all. I'm so glad you felt you could ask as I know you're someone who normally doesn't! I cannot personally help you but I'll pass the word along and hopefully you'll have a swingset before the school year starts (hopefully long before that).

I know of one of our closet members that happens to be a very good welder, and just happens to live very near to you. I can't volunteer him, but maybe his wonderful wife will see this and volunteer him

I have heard that to but I haven't gotten any body to respond to this but you and diva who both can't help.Hopefully I can get some sort of response but if I don't then I guess we are not meant to have this swing set but I will keep my fingers crossed that it will get done.

I'm sorry I didn't see this thread sooner. I will pass this info on to him.

He is really busy on his days off building something for the city right now and then next week we are leaving for nine days but hopefully when we get back he won't be so busy and can maybe help you guys out.

Is the metal for the swingset steel, because I know he doesn't weld aluminum. I really don't know much about his welding machine, so I don't know if it is mobile or if he has to do it in our garage. I will try to find out more about his welding.

Any help would be appretiated and I have no idea what the pipe is I know we have a 4 20ft long pipes that I think were fence posts the ones you put in the ground and we have a bunch of other pipe but I really dont know much about what it is exactly.the friend of mine that was going to help said that the pipe was good pipe to weld but I really dont know much else about it I will ask my husband to see what it is. But if your husband is to busy I dont want to impose on his schedule I just put it out there because if you never ask you never ask you never know if there is someone out there to help. I hope I made sense with my rambling.
