| Well, it's time we looked at the health of our TEETH. Do you floss? Did you know it was something that is supposed to be done on a daily basis? About a year ago, over about 3 months I had a couple of crowns, some cavities filled, and a root canal. I hadn't been to a dentist in like 9 years, so it's lucky that was all that had to be done. At my last cleaning, which I'm now conscientious about, I was given a clean bill of dental health. I absolutely HATE having dental work done (yes, they have to sedate me to do it) and the best way to avoid that is to really take good care of my teeth. I'm not a daily flosser as yet, but I do floss 3-5 times a week. So my healthy challenge for you this week is to up the number of times you floss per week. If that is 0...go to 1. If that is 3 go to 4. If anyone really does it daily already, we want to worship your dental health!! |

| Floss? What's floss? I actually don't do too bad at flossing. It's not regular enough though so I'll get it to a solid 1 this week. Oh and dentists... ugh! I haven't been in forever either |
