Is it hormones or is it me?

I have noticed lately (this summer) that I sweat a lot more. It isn't hot flashes because it doesn't just happen on it's own initiative but if I have done something like carrying groceries in the house I am like a faucet. One possibility that has occurred to me is the humidity in the air so I'll have to see if this continues for the next few months. The reason I'm bringing this up was to find out if anyone else has had a similar experience. I didn't know if it was related to my age (i.e., hormonal changes) or if it was just me.

This also begs the question, what hormonal changes, if any, are normal after you reach your 30's?

I've noticed the same thing...and not just while I was in humid MA. I finally switched deodorants to one that I really like & seems to work better than others I've been using. It is BAN Vanilla Twist. Ban (or at least this one) has more of the "active ingredient" that prevents perspiration, it lasts longer, and it smells good too. = )

I've also noticed that I have to drink more water or use gum or mouthwash more often to keep my mouth fresh. I think chemicals change in our bodies as we get older. Maybe that's why "old" people often smell kinda bad and have yucky breath. [No offense, "old" people...I'm getting there, too!]
