Teeth Whitening

I was trying to think of something that I could do that would be just for me. Something I have always wanted to do it is get my teeth whitened. I have very beautiful teeth, however, they could use a little less color, if you know what I mean.

Does anyone have any experience with any over the counter teeth whiteners that worked well, but is not too expensive? I have about $25 budgeted.

About five years ago, I saw an infomercial about a teeth whitening kit. It ended up being around $25, so I ordered it. They gave me another kit for free (which DH waited too long to use). It worked really well for me. It had little styrofoam trays that you would fill with a gel, and then put it over your teeth. I did this for 15 to 30 minutes a day for four days. The bad thing is that my gums and teeth were extremely sensitive, but after a few days they were fine. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the company, or I would order it again. I really want my teeth whitened again.

I have used the crest white stripes that you can find at Target or Walmart and they worked great for me.

Aren't the white strips right around the $25-30 mark too?

They are in the $20-30 range. And I think that the white stripes worked great.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to check out the price of the strips next time I go to Wal-mart. I have decide to use this has my reward. So every weekly goal I reach I earn money toward the purchase of my teeth whitening supplies. I should get them in about 4-5 weeks depending on how good I do.
