| Today I went to the doctor for an exam and when I was weighed I had lost 4 pounds. I always have my shoes on and my clothes so I wonder if I am 1 or 2 pounds less??? You think? This was very motivating. I actually feel like I can do it now |

| Wooo Hoooo, so what you are telling me is that you CAN actually go to the doctor and NOT be depressed by that dad-gummed scale? Good job thought Mrs Amber. that's awesome news for sure. |

| The classes have definitely helped because my heart rate stays in the fat burning zone for a good amount of time. I just love step aerobics! |

| Yea, Amber and 5D! Isn't it funny how even if our ultimate goal is not to neccesarily lose weight, we still rely on the scale to tell us how we are doing. I dread WI every week. Even the weeks I have done well, because it just seems like I never know what it is going to do. Just remember our weight can fluctuate up to 5 lbs even in just one day. So don't get discouraged if the scale slips back up again. You will eventually see it continually get a little lower even if it does go up and down in the process. Dia |
