| Okay so I have decided that there is some evil anti-exercise force around me! :o I was all set and ready to start aerobics this week. My kids are sick and I can't leave the house... Hence, I can't work out. So I decided that I would do some floor exercises.... Not working. My 2 year old is climbing on me to hold her and my other one is teething. I have to do sit ups with 26 pounds on my stomach! ;D I thought I wasn't pregnant anymore? (Hey girls, remember workouts while you were pregnant?) So I will attempt again this afternoon while the kids are napping. Lets see if I can fit that in between laundry, dishes and vaccuming! Thanks for letting me vent |

| Oh, I feel your pain. Not recently of course, but I have felt it. At least it's at the forefront of your mind. That's half the battle right there. Just keep it up. You'll get there. |

| Yeah, just keep it up. I try to exercise for 30 mins per day (when I am actually on a roll) and it's okay to break your workouts up into 10 or 15 minute blocks throughout the day. Good luck and don't just don't give up!!! A little here, a little there is better than nothing. |

| That's great advice FP. I've never thought of breaking up my workout during the day. What a revolutionary idea! BTW, your avatar is beautiful - I love it! |
