7 Eleven Slurpees

I got this recipie from my sister and my family loves it and it is so easy

2 cups cold club soda
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon+1/8 teaspoon strawberry unsweetened koolaid
1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract
2 1/2 cups crushed ice

Blend everything but ice. When well blended add ice and blend until
smooth.
I have used all kinds of koolaid you just need an extract to go with it.
rashberry koolaid /rashberry extract
lemon lime koolaid/lemon extract
orange koolaid/orange extract
strawberry koolaid/banna extract

Has that surgery happened or is that next week? Do you need anything?

His surgery is on Tuesday. I have a hard time thinking about it. I just want it to be over. My mom is going to have the girls at her house for a week. I don't know if we will need help. I don't really know what to expect, because this surgery is different than the others. I'll let you know how things are going.

Oh, I totally forgot to post that we tried this recipe and my family LOVES it. What is great is that DS #1 makes them for everyone else so it's one treat I can really enjoy! We could only find raspberry and orange extracts so had to go w/ that but I'm going to try the R Extract and lemonade flavored kool-aid next time. I hope it's good! I'll let you know.

Agreed, these ROCK, and they do taste exactly like the expensive ones
