| First of all the burger itself has to be very well done, with practically burnt, black, crisp edges. Then top that with ketchup, light mayo, onions (perverably carmalized in advanced), dill pickles, a slice of tomato, and several leaves of lettuce. I like to put my dressings right on the burger and stack everything else in between it and the bun. That way the bun doesn't get soggy. Cheese on the bottom half of the bun is of course always an option and bacon would be a real treat. I don't eat as much bacon as I probably could, because I hate cleaning up the aftermath of cooking it. Dia |

| Oh, BS just picked the bacon up at Macey's - precooked - and then laid it on some tin foil on the grill and we were good to go. The only clean up was wadding up the tin foil and tossing it. You obviously like crunchy. That sounds like a good burger to me, too. Yummm! How do you carmalize onions? |

| Oh no. Now you've made bacon easier to come by. What is a WW supposed to do? ![]() To carmalize onions I just thinly slice them and saute them in a bit of olive oil, until they are pretty much cooked to death. The longer you cook them, the more sugar that is released and the sweeter they become. My children and I can eat several onions in one sitting. One of our favorites is to top baked potatoes. Yummy! | Ohhh, saute'ing onions. That sounds way good. I've never thought to put onions on top of a baked potato. What temperature do you grill/saute'/carmelize yours at? |

| I bet we could just add some more tin foil and carmelize them on the grill while we're cooking. Oh, and let me just tell you that bacon is mmm good. So be warned. I think it's 3.99 per/lbs. You get it back at the meat place. The stuff I got was the mixed up stuff, and it worked well. |
