| I've done a little research on setting goals and how many you should set at a time. Here's a short summary of what I found. Goals are broken down into three different categories: *Long Term (obtained over a lifetime) *Mid Term (2-5 years) *Short Term (goals met over a 3-6 month period) Start w/ what you want to accomplish in life and break those goals down to decide what your mid term and short term goals will be. Use the SMART system. S - Specific M - Measurable A - Attainable R - Resources T - Time Specific Review them weekly. Have multiple goals in place at a time - I've read anywhere between 2-4, 20 to 43, and 100. Although I can't find anyone to agree on the number everyone clearly agrees that it is important to be working towards several goals (of different time lines) at one time so that you don't get bored.
