Default Time Change

I love this time change. I love having more daylight in the evening, when my DH and children are home.

I do not like this time change. It is sooooo hard for me to adjust. I tried really hard this year to "practice" the time change last week. However, attending the Saturday night session of Stake Conference, put me a couple hours behind on getting my house in order for Sunday so I found myself crawling into bed just after Midnight, which was actually 1:00. Then the kids had a hard time going to bed last night. I finally got them to bed around 9:30, which makes sense, because their bed time is 8:30 and their bodies are adjusting as well. This morning I finally dragged myself out of bed at 7:30, when I normally am up at 5:30 and got the kids up at 5 minutes to 8:00. They are gone to school now and all I want to do is crawl back into bed. Which probably wouldn't be such a bad idea, because I wouldn't get a very good workout in with my body as tired as it is.

What do you do to make the time change adjustment? Usually it takes me a week to get back on track and I don't want to miss a week of workouts. Help?

Be like us and don't adjust at all. We didn't even know about it until we got to Stake Conference yesterday.

About 50 min. I dropped DS#1 off early so he could save us a soft bench so I wouldn't have to sit on the hard chairs and he called me and said they had already started. It didn't take long to figure out why. I guess that's what I get for not watching the news and not checking my calendar - between the two I would've definitely caught it.
