| "Whatever we choose to focus our attention on will automatically multiply in our lives." How have you trained your mind to stay focused on what you want and how have you seen this manifested in your life - whether for good or bad? I notice that sometimes I focus too hard and it almost pushes the thing that I'm focusing on away from me - if that makes sense. I see this a lot in my meditations. I'm trying to figure out how to just let it come to me freely, whatever "it" may be. Haven't mastered this one yet. Last edited by 5ft Diva; 01-25-2008 at 01:09 PM. |
