Default Lesson 1: Did you grasp the facts? 1-3

I don't know how everyone wants to do this, but I'll put what I did and then you all can add or do something different or whatever. We can figure it out as we go along. I have no feelings about this format...it's just what I did.

They ask you on page 3 of lesson 1, 3 questions to test what you've learned so far. Here are the questions:

1. Define anti-Christ.
2. Why was Korihor called anti-Christ?
3. Korihor's teachings were in direct opposition to Christ's teachings; however, he could not be punished. Why was there no law against a man's belief? (Compare Moses 6:33 and Josh. 24:15.)

For question 1...I more or less answered it the same way they did. I thought it was interesting how they described it though, likening it to our day so that we could fully understand how we might avoid being a type of anti-christ.

For question 2...I answered it like they did.

For question 3...I put
-free agency
-"choose you this day"
-It is our privilege to follow God, not the law to follow God.
It's interesting to think of following as a privilege -- like being a servant is a beautiful thing. Both are ideas that are not well received in today's world. (This comparison comes from another set of thoughts I've been having lately and I just made the connection here. )

I didn't put their answer at all, but their answer did cause me to think..."unequal grounds" - interesting that beliefs would do that. I guess that would happen because you'd get people claiming superiority because of their beliefs, when in fact the gospel ask you never to do that, and teaches you that there is no superiority.
